Ari Blau

Ari Blau is Managing Partner of Gemini Equity, a private equity firm investing in established, founder owned businesses in the lower to mid market, with a focus on construction, development and building services.
He spent twenty years running operating businesses, much of it at Bell, where he owned two separate $1B B2B business units, took more than ten new products and services to market generating over $1 billion in revenue, and directed teams of more than a hundred people. In one of those units he reduced time to market from eighteen months to three and the cost base by 25 percent.
His final years at Bell were in corporate development, leading M&A and carrier relations alongside a $500M wholesale business, delivering an $18M EBITDA improvement within twelve months and negotiating a $500M network sharing agreement.
Earlier he co-founded a digital media venture backed by Triple Five Group. Between 2022 and 2024, Blau & co. advised private equity investors on commercial, operational and technical diligence, including supporting Lynx Equity through its 2022 acquisition of Granite.
